How do I withdraw money from my wallet?

To withdraw your funds, follow the steps below:

• Log in to your Goparity account

• Select the wallet you wish to withdraw funds from. If you have only one wallet, skip this step

• Click on ". . ."

• Select "Withdraw Funds"

• Insert the amount you wish to withdraw. The minimum amount you can withdraw is €0.10

• Select the bank account to which you wish to transfer your funds — or add a new bank account if you haven’t linked one yet

• Review and confirm the withdrawal details

• Insert the code sent to your phone number in the dedicated area (this is a mandatory safety procedure)

And it's done! Withdrawals are usually completed within 2 business days if requested before 3:30 PM CET. Requests made after that time will be processed the next business day at 3:30 PM CET, and the processing time will start counting from then.

Important: In line with EU Regulation (EU) 2024/886, all withdrawals are now verified through the Verification of Payee (VOP) process. This ensures that the name on your Goparity account matches the name on the destination bank account. If there’s a mismatch, your withdrawal may not be processed.

There are no fees for withdrawals. However, if you request a withdrawal during the 4-day reflection period of your first investment following your most recent wallet top-up, the funds will be automatically refunded to the original payment account.
