Pumpkin Generation is the owner company of a megastore that sells many different types of products in Viana do Castelo.

This campaign aims to fund the installation of a PV plant composed of 56 photovoltaic panels of 550W with a total power of 30.8 kWp that will allow the company to reduce the electricity cost component associated with its activity, at the same time that it will allow avoiding the emission of about 24t of CO2 into the atmosphere.

Norteled will install the plant. A company founded in 2011 in Viana do Castelo, a local pioneer in LED Lighting, Electrical Maintenance, and electrical installations from scratch. Their focus is on reducing energy and financial costs for their customers. Currently, they are also a distributed generation integrator company, focusing on photovoltaic energy.

Cost reduction for the end customer and support local companies to a green energy transition: decentralized energy production through renewable sources, close to the place of consumption, helps to avoid distribution costs, this being the most competitive option. In addition, the company's lower dependence on the national grid makes it less vulnerable to price fluctuations and tax charges.
