What will you be financing?

The funds raised through this campaign will be used to fund the installation of a solar photovoltaic plant for self-consumption at Comuniti.pt’s warehouse. Comuniti.pt is an innovative online shopping patform, owned by RT&A Consultoria e Gestão. The 225 solar panels will have a total installed power of 90 kWp.


The construction of the solar plant and installation of the panels will be carried out by Luz Verde, a Portuguese company with over ten years of experience providing energy services. LuzVerde is our project promoter for five successfully funded projects: Intermarché Solar I e II, Tintas Solares Felgueiras, Solar Car Wash e Solarize Cuba.

What is the impact?

  • Contribution to decarbonising the economy: with an estimated annual clean energy production of 164,7 MWh, the solar plant will avoid the emission of 33,4 tonnes of CO2 per year, the equivalent to planting 1520 trees.


  • Cost-reduction for the end-client: this decentralized electric energy production, located near the consumption site, reduces the distribution costs, making this a more attractive and cost-effective option than the national grid. In addition to this, the lower dependence on the national grid reduces the company’s exposure to price fluctuations. FF
