Why do some campaigns have a Minimum, Target, and Maximum crowdlending value?
Each project will have three predefined funding values, which may or may not coincide:
- Minimum - minimum amount needed for the project
- Target - the expected funding
- Maximum - the upper funding limit approved by risk
The three values are defined thought our risk assessment, based on the funding goal and on the promoter's financials.
A campaign will be considered successful if it reaches the deadline with at least the Minimum value secured or if the Maximum value is reached.
If the Maximum goal exceeds the Target value, the Promoter may choose to close the campaign before the end of the deadline, once the Target is achieved.

Crowdlending campaigns can close with any amount between Minimum and Maximum.
