When are the raised funds transferred to the promoter, and when does my payment plan begin?
For legal caution and investment protection on the platform, promoters only receive funds after the guarantees are formalized (if applicable), and only then does the payment plan to investors begin.
Until then, the funds are retained by Mangopay, the payment service provider used by the Goparity platform.
If for any reason the formalization of guarantees cannot be completed, the loan is cancelled, and the funds are returned to investors (which has never happened to date).
The raised funds cannot be transferred to the promoter without signing the applicable guarantee contracts or submitting the public registration request for the guarantees when applicable (e.g., mortgage).
Once the guarantee formalization process is completed, loan contracts with investors are generated, and the payment plan for each funded project begins, with details available on the project page in your reserved area.
