How is the failed direct debit fee calculated?
In case the direct debit for an instalment's payment of a loan fails as a consequence of insufficient funds in the bank account, or from other errors of the promoter's responsibility, Goparity charges a fee for the management services. This fee has a fixed amount and is charged at the moment of the payment's regularisation.
