Photovoltaic plant for a bricolage store.
Description
The aim of this campaign is to finance a photovoltaic plant for self-consumption at Bricosines - Sociedade de Distribuição de Bricolage, Lda., a Bricolage Store in Sines, Portugal.
The photovoltaic plant will be composed of 125 panels with a total installed power of 70kWp. This will allow it to produce 111056.4 kWh of clean energy per year.
The solar panels will be installed and maintained by Luz Verde a company specialized in photovoltaic solar installations.

Direct
- Contribution to the decarbonisation of Portugal, avoiding CO2 emissions: with a total production of clean energy of over 111 MWh per year, the solar plant will avoid the emission of about 9,5 tonnes of CO2 per year. This is equivalent to the CO2 absorption of around 430 trees.
- Cost reduction for the end customer: decentralized energy production through renewable sources, close to the place of consumption, helps to avoid distribution costs, this being the most competitive option. In addition, the company's lower dependence on the national grid makes it less vulnerable to price fluctuations and tax charges.

- Promoting sustainable business: the project developed for Bricosines is an example of the applicability of solar power for any business, and in this case serves as a benchmark to similar industries, an important step towards sustainability for businesses in Portugal.

Guarantees
The loans granted to the promoter BRICOSINES - SOCIEDADE DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE BRICOLAGE, LDA by the investors will be guaranteed as follows in the loan agreements associated with the campaign:
- Personal guarantee, under Portuguese law, from the final beneficiary, Paulo Jorge da Silva Chainho with the following NIF 199171335, for the total amount of the debt.
- Personal guarantee, under Portuguese law, from the final beneficiary, Maria Luísa Teixeira Henriques Silva Pinto Chainho, with the following NIF number 204146623, for the total amount of the debt.
- 1st degree commercial pledge, under Portuguese law, provided by BRICOSINES - SOCIEDADE DE DISTRIBUIÇÃO DE BRICOLAGE, LDA of movable assets to be acquired with the amount borrowed through this crowdlending campaign, totalling 100% LTV (Loan To Value) and which will be supplied by Frontrow, LDA. with the following NIPC 513403760 and website https://www.luz-verde.pt/, namely:
- Photovoltaic system with a power of 70 KWp (comprising 125 PEIMAR solar panels, model OR10H560M with a power of 560W, 12 inverters, brand HUAWEI SUN2000-25KTL-MB0, a support structure, a UPAC board, a monitoring system) with a purchase price of 45,000.00 euros (excluding VAT).
- 12 Huawei LUNA2000-7-S1 batteries with a purchase price of 28,000.00 euros (excluding VAT).
