The plant installers will be Belenus Energy Systems, a company with more than 20 years of experience working throughout the Spanish territory, with more than 650 MWp installed, equivalent to the CO2 absorption of 70 million trees. In 2021, they rebranded to differentiate activities supported by vertical growth and developed AI-based software for calculation, management and control of photovoltaic installations and construction management, bringing the client 20% more energy or economic performance.

Averta Capital will own the PV solar plant for the first 10 years. During this time, Averta Capital will be invoicing Iebosa for the photovoltaic energy consumed (9.000€ per year indexed to the expected energy consumption), and when the billing of the amount of energy agreed in the contract is completed, Iebosa can acquire the central for 1€. After acquiring the central IBEOSA will reduce its electricity bills by 40%. To build and install this photovoltaic plant, the company requested the next-generation subsidy in February 2022 to cover 35% of the required investment. The plant will be financed 20% by Averta Capital and 80% through the Goparity campaign.

Averta Capital was founded in Barcelona by two consultants to promote, invest, own, and manage renewable energy generation assets for households, industry, and commerce to maximize project performance and returns and generate a positive social impact.
The company's main commitments are to increase the generation of renewable energy and reduce the cost of energy to make companies more competitive while curbing climate change. Currently, they have implemented 27 solar projects worth 5.73M€.
To reduce energy costs for companies and mitigate external dependency, Averta Capital allows companies to obtain a photovoltaic energy production plant without requiring investment and without limiting the company's growth possibilities.
Averta is looking forward to launching Goparity campaigns to share with the crowd the opportunity to participate in profitable renewable energy investments.
In September 2023, Averta signed an agreement with Siroco Capital, a venture capital company that will invest 20 million euros in Averta's energy self-consumption projects, over a period of 24 months.
Averta's model is based on generating renewable energy at a stable and predictable price through a financing system (ESCO Model: Energy Services Company) allowing the end-user to dedicate their resources to the main activity.
The company provides the following services:
Their main sales channels are engineering companies. Currently, Averta works with industrial and commercial clients in Spain.
