This campaign aims to refinance three photovoltaic solar power plants for Lacamart, a company that manages restaurants and gas stations.
Averta Capital, the project promoter, owns and operates the PV solar central in an ESCO model. This way, Lacamart will benefit from renewable energy at a lower cost without any investment. The model allows companies to accelerate toward energy transition while conducting regular operations.
With a total power of 157.5 KW, the plants will produce enough energy to power 53% of operations. This is a major energy efficiency initiative to increase self-sufficiency and sustainability for Lacamart. The plants were installed by Ecovergy.
Lacamart's restaurant brand is "Grupo Mas Brasa". Its main activity is the operation of three restaurants located in the provinces of Zaragoza and Huesca. All three businesses are family restaurants with a daily menu, special dishes, and grill, founded by Ángel and Pilar in 1989.
The solar plant will reduce CO2 emissions and guarantee a better stable energy price for the restaurants. In a second phase, the photovoltaic plants will be expanded to implement chargers for electric vehicles to promote sustainable mobility, in their strategic locations between Madrid and Barcelona. See pictures of the solar plants below.
Direct
Contribution to the decarbonisation of Spain, avoiding CO2 emissions: With a total production of clean energy of 218.62 MWh per year, the solar plant will avoid the emission of about 30 tons of CO2 per year. This is equivalent to the CO2 absorption of 1.361 trees.
Cost reduction for the end customer: decentralized energy production through renewable sources, close to the place of consumption, helps to avoid distribution costs, this being the most competitive option. For this client, it represents a reduction of more than 53% of the energy cost. In addition, the company's lower dependence on the national grid makes it less vulnerable to price fluctuations and tax charges.
Indirect
Promotion of renewable solar energy: Averta Capital provides different integrated solutions for the electricity needs of each client and allows all organizations from different sectors and individuals to transition to renewable energy sources. Its mission is to develop energy to make companies more competitive, reduce external dependence and reduce CO2 emissions.
Support local companies to a green energy transition: Averta Capital provides a financial option to clients interested in installing solar plants, ensuring the interest of companies in reducing their CO2 emissions and energy costs.

Upon project completion, the promoter will receive regular payments from the company in which the solar system will be installed. This loan shall be paid using proceeds from those payments.

Averta Capital was founded in Barcelona by two consultants to promote, invest, own, and manage renewable energy generation assets for households, industry, and commerce to maximize project performance and returns and generate a positive social impact.
The company's main commitments are to increase the generation of renewable energy and reduce the cost of energy to make companies more competitive while curbing climate change. Currently, they have implemented 27 solar projects worth 5.73M€.
To reduce energy costs for companies and mitigate external dependency, Averta Capital allows companies to obtain a photovoltaic energy production plant without requiring investment and without limiting the company's growth possibilities.
Averta is looking forward to launching Goparity campaigns to share with the crowd the opportunity to participate in profitable renewable energy investments.
In September 2023, Averta signed an agreement with Siroco Capital, a venture capital company that will invest 20 million euros in Averta's energy self-consumption projects, over a period of 24 months.
Averta's model is based on generating renewable energy at a stable and predictable price through a financing system (ESCO Model: Energy Services Company) allowing the end-user to dedicate their resources to the main activity.
The company provides the following services:
Their main sales channels are engineering companies. Currently, Averta works with industrial and commercial clients in Spain.
