Modern and conscious industrial component repair

Description

ACOL is a Portuguese industrial repair company with manufacturing facilities in Évora, specialising in the production and restoration of vehicle and machine components.

This campaign aims to finance the purchase of essential industrial equipment to increase production capacity and improve service quality. The investment will enable the company to diversify its offer and strengthen its role in the industrial manufacturing and repair sector.

The services of an industrial grinding machine play an essential role in responsible production and consumption, by extending the useful life of parts and equipment and reducing waste.

With these funds, the promoter will be able to increase the efficiency and sustainability of its operations and strengthen its contribution to the circular economy by optimising resources.

The Impact

Direct

Waste Reduction: By repairing mechanical parts, Rectificadora extends the lifespan of machines, helping to minimize waste in the mechanical industry. This approach also reduces excess production by manufacturing parts only as needed.

Improved Resource Efficiency: Well-maintained machines operate more efficiently, consuming less energy. Moreover, by replacing individual components rather than entire machines, Rectificadora avoids unnecessary production and the associated CO₂ emissions.

Financial viability

The funds raised through this campaign will be repaid to investors with the revenues generated by ACOL's industrial repair and manufacturing services.

Since the beginning of 2025, the company has been adjusting its commercial approach to meet the growing demand for industrial repair and manufacturing solutions. The lack of supply of these services in the region could create a favourable market for ACOL. With an established track record, the developer now wants to modernise its processes and strengthen its competitiveness.
