GoParity @ Web Summit 2018
This Web Summit edition was with no doubt "the most crowded one, with more Portuguese and even more social and environmental impact", as Nuno said in his opinion article published in Observador.
Besides presenting GoParity at our FinTech area stand, this year we participated in many more initiatives of the biggest tech event on Earth.
Mariana, our Operations Head, being interviewd for SIC. Check the interview here.
In the second day of the event, we were speaking at the workshop "Tech meets the sustainable development goals", organized by Casa do Impacto, a new initiative from Santa Casa da Misericórdia. We shared the panel with people from MyPolis (a virtual polis to motivate millenials' political participation), AidHound (a software for Social Organizations management), Academia de Código (a school which is democratizing the learning of code) and Zenklub (an online psychology office). Social and environmental entrepreneurship is growing in Portugal and we are very happy to be part of it!
Here, being interviewed by Sapo 24, we talked about sustainable Social Entrepreneurship and how the two can connect.
In Web Summit last day, we pitched together with other startups from the EDP Starter program.
