What are the requirements to be a project promoter?
To be a Promoter you just need to:
Be entitled to decision power within the company
Have at least 2 years of registered activity (or if a start-up, have a P&L with at least 3-years forecast)
Not to be a defendant of a lawsuit containing material evidence.
The GoParity team individually analyses each company at the time of registration. Only companies that demonstrate sufficient financial stability to accommodate the payment of loans will be accepted. We consult the register of each countries’ central banks (where credits and guarantees of a companies’ financial activities are logged and accessible), as well as independent reports of information from credit rating agencies.
