ABOUT GOPARITY 

GoParity is an impact investment platform that connects companies that need funding for sustainable projects with individuals and organizations who want to invest sustainably. We were born in Porto, but we have funded projects in more than nine different countries and, in the first semester of 2021, have doubled the amount invested by investors from all over the world. We are looking for smart creative people who want to take part in our mission to democratize the financial sector, for the good of people and our planet.

You will play a key role to boost our growth in Spain and beyond. You will work together with the Risk and Marketing departments and report directly to the CCO of GoParity. 

 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE – KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

 

  • Manage clients’ experience, from lead to implementation, with ownership of the Spanish market. 

  • Analytical monitoring of the promoter’s journey by using our CRM tools (eg. Hubspot) to build insightful dashboards that highlight / flag pain points or improvement opportunities. 

  • Map out stakeholders and key decision-makers in target organizations that need funding. 

  • Design and implement outbound campaigns for the key decision-makers (which you previously identified). 

  • Account Manager of Spanish high-income individuals and organizations - developing a trustful and personalized relationship, always suggesting the right GoParity product for them to use their money for good.  

  • Actively collect feedback from promoters and report to the Product team. 

  • Answering inbound requests from Spanish companies. 

  • Project and Regulatory follow up (calling promoters, collecting investment evidence, etc.). 

  • Keep data organized and ensure visibility over the developed work to the entire organization using our CRM software (Hubspot). 

  • Collaborate with other teams (mainly Marketing and Sales) to support business expansion. 

  • Work with the Marketing Team to optimize the process of lead and demand generation. 

  • Manage contact data from different channels to optimize marketing and sales initiatives. 

  • Work with automation tools, such as CRM and other contact outreach tools. 

 

 

ABOUT YOU 

 

Mandatory 

 

  • You are a fluent Spanish and English speaker (Portuguese would be a plus). 

  • You have excellent written and oral communication and negotiating skills. 

  • You are empathic and a people's person by nature – you like people and they like you back. 

  • You know how to keep your files and folders super organized. 

  • Capacity and willingness to sell and close a deal - not in a “cold” or aggressive sales style but bearing always in mind that at the end of the day you will be selling credit/corporate social responsibility/sustainability product to companies. 

  • Analytical capacity to design tools to interpret users’ data and strategic and creative reasoning to be able to define improvement and growth plans. 

  • Ease of using digital tools to optimize CRM performance. 

  • Eager to grow as GoParity grows with the view of expanding the company in Spain and beyond.  

  • You like working as part of a team but can work autonomously and be self-driven and self-directed. 

  • Sales-driven, results oriented (understanding on dynamics of selling, good understanding of top of funnel - interest / consideration phases); 

  • Data-driven mindset and solution-oriented. 

 

Bonus points for 

 

  • Experience in the start-up world and/or in a SaaS company. 

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development and/or Account Management. 

  • Experience in a internacional environment. 

  • Experience with CRM tools (eg. Hubspot). 

  • Knowledge of data analytics tools (eg. Excel, Google Data Studio, …). 

  • Fluency in portuguese.
