This campaign aims to finance a photovoltaic plant for the Humanitarian Association of Firefighters of Pinhal Novo, a nonprofit fire and emergency services organization located in Pinhal Novo.
With over 70 years of service, the Associação Humanitária de Bombeiros de Pinhal Novo is dedicated to protecting lives and property through its volunteer fire department. Founded in 1951 in the rural area of Pinhal Novo, the association has played a vital role in delivering medical assistance and emergency response across the region.
The contract signed between Solcor Portugal and the association includes the installation of a 28,5 kWp solar photovoltaic system for self-consumption, composed of 49 panels (590W each), an inverter (25 kW), and a support structure. It will enable the production of over 37,8 MWh of clean energy per year.
The installation and operation of the solar panels will be installed and operated by the campaign promotor: Solcor Portugal, a company specializing in the development and operation of solar photovoltaic installations.
