Energía Ercam, S.L. is a Spanish solar engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) company founded in 2000 and based in Cabanillas del Campo, Guadalajara. The company designs, builds and commissions photovoltaic installations for commercial and industrial clients in Spain, and has also delivered solar, wind and mini-hydro projects abroad, including in the United States, Mexico, Chile and Italy.
Ercam works under a framework agreement with Solar360 de Repsol y Movistar, S.L., a joint venture between Repsol and Telefónica (Movistar) that develops solar self-consumption solutions across Spain. Under this agreement, Solar360 assigns Ercam individual projects within Solmatch, its product for collective self-consumption installations under 100 kW.
The funds raised through this campaign will finance nine Solmatch installations Ercam is building across Andalucía and Aragón, with a combined capacity of 914.36 kW. All nine are roof-mounted on commercial and industrial premises, and ownership will transfer to Repsol through Solar360 once each is energised.
Under the framework contract, Solar360 pays Ercam 10% of a project's value when installation work begins and the remaining 90% once it is energised. This loan bridges that gap, covering the four to six months between the start of a project and its final payment.
By adding solar capacity to Spain's commercial and industrial sector, these projects support the country's broader shift toward renewable energy.
