Discover the process

Find out more about how this promoter operates.

1. No upfront cost

Solcor designs a solar installation that fits each client’s energy needs. The project is funded through a Goparity campaign, so the client doesn’t have to invest anything to get started.

2. Paid back with the savings

The client pays for the installation over time with what it saves on its energy bill. Those payments go back to the investors who funded the project, with interest.

About

Solcor

Solcor is a solar energy company with Belgian roots, founded in 2014 and active in Portugal, Chile and Colombia. The group has completed more than 650 solar projects and now manages over 700 installations.

In Portugal since 2019, its team of 15 has delivered over 200 solar projects across the country. Solcor is certified as PME Líder for its performance and financial strength.

Most of its growth comes from a simple model: clients pay for their solar installation with the savings it generates, without any upfront investment. Together with its partners, Solcor has invested more than €25 million in projects for its clients.

Its goal is to raise energy awareness and help decarbonise the economy through agreements that are clear, simple and fair for everyone involved.
