You're about to create an offer of your ongoing investment and place it on the Marketplace. You’ll need to wait for
another investor to buy it. An
Assignment Agreement
will then be celebrated between you and the buyer and a 1% (+VAT) of the outstanding capital fee will be charged.
The existence of a Marketplace does not guarantee the possibility of termination of your investment, being always
dependent on the existence of buyers.
Selling Period:
Offers will remain in the Marketplace for up to 60 days only.
Amount:
The total amount of the outstanding capital will be transferred from the buyer to the seller. In case the transaction is done in between a payment period, the following payment will be paid in full to the buyer.
